WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT SUMMIT SVL

This Fall (‘25) we’ll be pausing our Life Groups & Disciple Groups in order to come together as a congregation for fellowship, discipleship & leadership development on Wednesday evenings. This will be a season to gather together—to be renewed and equipped for the sake of seeing many healthy Life Groups & Disciple Groups launched in 2026.

Discipleship

ADULTS

  • All adults will gather in gender-specific groups/circles around our worship center.

  • Registration is required for group placement, however guests are welcome to join at any point and we will find a group to place them within.

  • We’ll be utilizing our Disciple Group material to guide our time.

Sep. 3 - Vision & Preview Night
Sep. 10 - STORY: Our lives rooted in God’s story.
Sep. 17 - GOSPEL: Our lives redeemed by God’s Son.
Sep. 24 - HEART: Our lives transformed by God’s grace.
October 1 - Break (No Activities!)
Oct. 8 - Review & Preview Night
Oct. 15 - INTIMACY: Being with & delighting in God.
Oct. 22 - COMMUNITY: Shaped by the people of God.
Oct. 29 - MISSION: Engaged in the redemptive work of God.

KIDS

  • Babies - 5th Grade

  • We will have engaging programming that focuses on Scripture memory through fun activities, teaching, games, crafts and more. Our primary goal will be to help kids hide God’s Word deep in their hearts.

STUDENTS

  • 6th - 12 grade

  • 6:15-7:45 PM

  • Students gather together for large group hang outs, sometimes a game, & a message before splitting into gender-specific groups.

DINNER

  • Catered Meals: $6 per person

  • You are welcome to bring your own food and join us at dinner for fellowship!

    NOTE: September 24th will be a “Bring Your Own Meal” night and October 29th will be a Potluck Dinner.

  • Please help us out by reserving your spot(s) ahead of time… You are welcome to make reservations for every Wednesday or on a week-to-week basis.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

We will need an incredible volunteer base to make Wednesdays at SVL happen! If you’re hesitant to jump on board with serving our Kids Ministry on Wednesdays because you don’t want to miss our Disciple Group offerings, then we have a solution for you! We will be offering a Sunday night (6:30pm) alternative for any volunteers or people who have extenuating circumstances that prevent their participation in the Wednesday Adult Formation Disciple Groups...

We are asking our volunteers to commit to serving either all 8-weeks or choosing one of the 4-week semesters. Follow the link below to explore the options for serving!

** We will be providing a Sunday evening discipleship environment for any adults who are unable to be a part of Wednesdays due to volunteering in Kids or Students OR for those providentially hindered from being a part of Wednesdays (i.e. - sickness).
